Rakesh is responsible for global finance, operations, treasury and financial planning.
Rakesh's career spans over 20 years with roles in finance, accounting, treasury and company operations. Prior to Allyis, Rakesh was Senior Vice President of Finance & Operations at Edifecs and Vice President of Finance at Longtop International. Longtop acquired a substantial portion of business from Minecode, where Rakesh had joined as CFO and Partner. Prior to Minecode, Rakesh worked in key financial roles with Satyam Computer Services Ltd. Rakesh fortified multi-million dollar deals and joint ventures and has treasury experience with foreign currency management.
Rakesh is a CPA, a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Cost Accountant with the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India. Rakesh resides in Bellevue with his wife and two children. He likes following financial markets and spending time with his family outside of the office.
Manish is responsible for driving business growth, solutions strategy and innovation.
Manish has over 20 years of experience in sales, business development, operations, delivery and general management with a focus on Software Services and Global Outsourcing. Manish has deep working knowledge of the IT outsourcing market and developing footprints in a wide variety of countries including India, China, Vietnam, Mexico, Colombia, Ireland, Singapore and Israel.
Prior to Allyis, Manish was spearheading the US sales and services organization of Longtop International LLC from 2007 to 2011. Manish had moved to Longtop through an acquisition of Minecode where Manish served as COO and head of Sales from 2004 to 2007.
Manish lives in Bellevue and enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children, one of which is of the four legged variety.
Sarada is responsible for Human Capital Management and Business Development with a focus on managing Client Relationships.
Sarada has over 20 years of experience in the technology vertical having worked in India-based, China-based as well as US-based multinational corporations. She started her career in India working for a large Technical Training and Consulting firm before joining Microsoft in Redmond. While at Microsoft, Sarada was in charge of the Build Labs, Testing and Infrastructure Management.
In an effort to slow down a bit, Sarada joined Minecode with a focus on Talent Engagement and Development but was quickly involved in Training, Test Project Execution and Human Capital Management. In 2007, Minecode was acquired by Longtop Technologies and her responsibilities shifted to Client Management and Business Development. At Longtop, Sarada managed a $14M portfolio with a focus on Server and Tools and MSIT.
Sarada has a Masters in Public Administration and Business Development and lives in Redmond with her husband and two teenagers.
Shankar is responsible for the project services team that provides Software Engineering & Support Services to our Microsoft and Northwest clients.
Shankar is a seasoned technology industry professional with more than 20 years of experience. He joined Allyis in 2013 and has since been responsible for growing the Project Services team. Prior to joining Allyis, Shankar enjoyed a fourteen-year career in Microsoft, during which he donned many roles, most recently being the Product Manager in Microsoft's Enterprise Marketing Group, responsible for their marketing programs such as Roadmap, Demos and the Infopedia portal. His varied expertise also includes Information Security Management and Product Development. He has contributed to many of Microsoft's products including Windows Operating System and Microsoft Dynamics Point-of-Sale solutions.
Shankar has also worked as an Architect for an insurance industry-focused CRM product development company, helping them build and evangelize their CRM solutions within the insurance vertical.
Shankar has degrees in Physics, Electronics Engineering and an MBA in Information Systems. He and his wife Sarada reside in the Seattle-area with their two children.
Rochelle is responsible for Human Resources, Benefits Administration, and Business Management Projects.
Rochelle has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry and has held various roles within the Allyis organization for the past 18 years. Her experience includes human relations, internal communications, business management and marketing. She is also proficient in the management, customization and administration of SharePoint, Dynamics CRM and various Applicant Tracking and HRIS Systems. In addition to her experience in internal operations, Rochelle has driven projects for large National clients by providing CRM, SharePoint and Project Management Consulting.
Rochelle lives the Seattle-area with her husband and two teenagers where they enjoy camping, hiking and spending time with their Labrador, Finn.
As a Senior Business Development manager Susan is responsible for core service programs marketed to our clients including but not limited to Operations Support, Content Services, Marketing Services and IT Consulting Services. Additionally, she is responsible for the management of existing clients and employees within her business area.
With over 25 years IT Industry experience Susan has focused on Business Development, Full Life Cycle Recruiting and HR including corporate and consulting in the areas of technology, engineering and marketing. Her strengths include: team leadership, developing and maintaining client relationships, recruitment contacts and candidate pipelines, marketing and selling a company's attributes to external/internal clients and candidates and ability to work with all levels of clients and employees. Susan has a proven ability to identify, acquire, and retain major accounts in diversified fields, including high tech, education, government, insurance, gaming and non-profit.
Susan raised two sons who have become wonderful young men with one serving the Navy and the other with a career with a local non-profit organization. Susan enjoys traveling whether its road trips or trips to warm tropical places.
